Legal team

The majority of solicitors at Harper James work remotely but have access to meeting space in Birmingham, Cambridge, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Oxford, Southampton and Sheffield.

The remote set up allows our people to work from wherever they want and have the flexibility that suit them. We work really hard to ensure everyone feels part of a team so that they can collaborate, share ideas and enjoy each other’s company. That means regular 1-2-1 check-ins, team catch-ups, quarterly in-person meetings and annual all-company socials.

We want our people to feel that they belong to an ambitious organisation and that their contribution towards our growth is recognised individually and as a team.

We’re regularly looking for high-performing team players to join our business services teams in Client Services, Finance, HR, Recruitment, Marketing and Business Development roles.

While some positions are office based, some offer remote working and all provide great opportunities to evolve your career and grow professionally within a collaborative and supportive environment at a growing organisation that is leading innovation in the legal service sector.
